Concept Note

The residents of this apartment in Vashi wanted a flexible and integrated space where the kitchen would be the heart of the home. The apartment should include two bedrooms, a TV wall, a living room, a kitchen and a laundry area. Also, the clients wanted to create a strong connection with family, highlighting the original characteristics of the modernist building, mixed with the art and design pieces collected by the clients around the world. A set of mirrors multiply space, light and different views. As a result, the living room and kitchen have been integrated to create a wider space, cross ventilation and natural light, as well as stimulating the meeting between people and the different activities that take place simultaneously.
